The FLOW Aquatics Swim School app makes your life easier and ensures you stay in the know on all FLOW happenings and last-minute changes or cancellations due to sickness or weather.
Our app makes it easy to contact us and also contains Customer Portal login access, family swim registration, a calendar of events, and forms for class transfers, withdrawals, and asking questions about your child’s progress.
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS
If you want to be notified of last-minute changes for FLOW Aquatics Swim School classes:
- Cancelations due to coaches out sick
- Postponed due to inclement weather,
- Holiday closure reminders
- Reminders to check email when we send out important information
PLEASE NOTE: We will no longer be sending out text messages with this information. To be notified via our app there are 2 steps. BOTH MUST BE COMPLETED FOR NOTIFICATIONS TO WORK.

STEP 2: Log in to your Parent Portal (under My Account) using the email you have on file and the password you set up at registration.

CUSTOMER PORTAL ACCESS (MY ACCOUNT)
Log in to your customer account to check on:
- Your child’s class time or coach
- Skill levels or absences
- Change your credit card number or email address
- Look at your transaction history or submit a payment
- Or sign up for Family Pool Rental
